Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Epping, Victoria, Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We ship to all states and territories within Australia via Australia Post and selected courier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (such as Christmas), due to weather events, or for remote area deliveries.
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all orders over $75 AUD. No discount code is required.
For deliveries to remote or rural areas (including some parts of WA, NT, and QLD), additional transit time may apply beyond the standard estimates.
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Please note that some countries may restrict the import of certain cosmetic ingredients. We are not responsible for orders held or seized by customs.
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
