We stand behind every product we make. If something is not right with your order, we will fix it. This policy explains your options and the process for each situation.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. You will not be asked to return the item in most cases.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the item when you contact us.
If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened products in their original, undamaged condition within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items that do not reach us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is for hygiene reasons and in accordance with standard cosmetic product return practices.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, but is typically 3 to 7 business days after we process it.
