Products

Most customers notice less patchiness and improved density within 4 to 6 weeks of daily use. The serum works by stimulating follicle activity, which takes time. Consistency matters more than anything — apply it every morning to clean, dry skin and give it at least 8 weeks before making a judgement.

You can absolutely start with one product. If you have patchy growth, start with the Beard Growth Serum. If your beard is itchy and dry, start with the Beard Oil. If you want hold and shape, start with the Beard Balm. The five products are designed to work together as a complete routine, but each one works on its own. The quiz on our website can help you pick the right starting point.

Beard Oil is a lightweight leave-in treatment that absorbs quickly. It moisturises the skin underneath, reduces itch, and softens the beard hair. Beard Balm does all of that but also contains beeswax, which gives you light hold and helps shape your beard. If you have a shorter beard, oil is usually enough. If your beard is longer or you want some control over the shape, use both — oil first, then balm.

Yes. The formula uses rosemary extract and biotin as the active ingredients, both of which are well-tolerated by most skin types. We recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before first use. If you have a known allergy to any of the listed ingredients, do not use the product.

Most of our products are vegan. The Beard Balm contains beeswax and lanolin, which are animal-derived. All other products in the range are vegan-friendly. None of our products are tested on animals.

The 30ml Beard Growth Serum lasts approximately 30 days with daily use (3–4 drops per application). The 30ml Beard Oil lasts 4 to 6 weeks depending on beard length. The 200ml Beard Wash lasts 2 to 3 months with regular use. The 150ml Beard Conditioner lasts 2 to 3 months. The 60ml Beard Balm lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Orders and Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days from our warehouse in Epping, Victoria. Standard shipping within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $8.95. Express shipping is $14.95 regardless of order value.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Stop using the product immediately and rinse the affected area with cool water. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the reaction. We will arrange a full refund or replacement. If the reaction is severe, seek medical advice. We recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist 24 hours before first use of any new product.

Yes. If you ordered the wrong product or want to swap for a different item, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange an exchange for products of equal or lesser value. You cover the return postage; we cover the re-send.

Brand and Ingredients

Yes. All Brewed Beards products are formulated and manufactured in Australia. We are based in Epping, Victoria, and dispatch all orders from Melbourne.

No. Our products are cosmetics, not therapeutic goods. They are formulated to clean, condition, and care for your beard and the skin underneath. We do not make any therapeutic or medicinal claims.

Yes. All Brewed Beards products are formulated for both the beard hair and the skin beneath it. The skin under a beard is often neglected and prone to dryness and irritation. Our products are designed to address both. If you have a diagnosed skin condition such as psoriasis, eczema, or rosacea, consult your dermatologist before introducing new topical products.

No. Our formulations do not contain parabens, sulphates, or artificial colours. We use natural preservative systems and cosmetic-grade ingredients. Full ingredient lists are on each product page so you can verify this yourself.

The price reflects the active ingredient concentration and the quality of the carrier base. Many cheaper serums use rosemary fragrance rather than rosemary extract — these smell similar but have no follicle-stimulating activity. Our serum uses a standardised rosemary extract alongside biotin and cedarwood oil at concentrations that are actually effective. You are paying for the active ingredients, not the packaging.
